Delete your account

In the app

1. Open My account (tap your name → My account) and go to Delete my account.
2. Type DELETE and confirm with your Munib ji PIN.
3. Business owners: first delete the business in Settings → Danger zone (download your data there first), then delete your account.

ऐप में: मेरा खाता → मेरा खाता डिलीट करें → DELETE लिखें → पिन डालें। बिज़नेस के मालिक पहले सेटिंग्स → डेंजर ज़ोन में बिज़नेस डिलीट करें।

Without the app

Email munibjiofficial@gmail.com from the email address or mention the mobile number you signed up with, with the subject “Delete my account”. We confirm it is you and delete the account within 30 days. CA / CS / CMA accounts are closed this way so your clients’ access is handed over safely.

What is erased

Your name, email, phone numbers, photo, personal profile (family, health, UPI details), emergency contacts, personal planner, notification tokens and your Munib ji PIN. Your sign-in is closed and you are removed from every business.

What the law requires us to keep

Business books — bills, GST returns, payroll, PF/ESI and the records an employer must keep — stay with the business they belong to, without your login, for as long as Indian tax and company law require (up to 8 years after the financial year ends). When a business is deleted, its books are locked away for that period and then deleted.
