Refund & Cancellation Policy

Last updated: 10 October 2026

This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for Munib ji subscriptions, operated by Ritamvara Technologies (GSTIN 07IALPS4664D1Z8). It should be read alongside our Terms of Service.

How subscriptions work

Today paid plans have not started — nothing is charged, so there is nothing to refund. · अभी कुछ नहीं कटता।

When paid plans begin: the first 30 days are free, months 2 and 3 cost ₹9 a month, and after that the regular plan price applies (announced at least 30 days before it applies to you). Plans are monthly subscriptions billed through Razorpay, including via UPI AutoPay, charged at the start of each billing cycle — and only after you have set up the payment yourself. The rules below apply from then on.

Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel at any time, with no cancellation fee and no notice period, from Settings → Billing inside the app. You can also write to us at support@munibji.com and we'll cancel it for you.

When you cancel, your subscription stops renewing. You keep access to your paid features until the end of the billing cycle you've already paid for — we don't cut you off mid-cycle. After that, your account moves to the free Shuru plan rather than being deleted.

Refunds

Subscription charges are generally non-refundable once a billing cycle has started, because you retain full access to the service for the whole of that cycle. Cancelling part-way through a month does not generate a pro-rata refund for the unused days.

We will, however, issue a refund in these situations:

  • Duplicate or double charge — if you were charged more than once for the same billing cycle, we refund the extra charge in full.
  • Incorrect amount — if you were charged more than the plan and seat add-ons you actually subscribed to, we refund the difference.
  • Charged after cancellation — if a renewal was collected after you had already cancelled, we refund it in full.
  • Failed activation — if a payment was collected but your plan never activated because of a technical fault on our side, and we can't fix it promptly, we refund it in full.
  • Extended outage — if Munib ji is unavailable for a prolonged period within a paid cycle due to a fault on our side, we may issue a partial refund or a credit at our discretion.

The ₹9 months

Months 2 and 3 cost ₹9 each, a promotional price for a full month of service. If you cancel during one of them, that ₹9 is not refunded — you keep access for the rest of the month and are not charged again. If you cancel before the regular price begins, you are never charged the regular price.

Referral tokens

Referral tokens are a discount mechanism, not stored money. They have no cash value and cannot be withdrawn, transferred, or converted to a refund. Where tokens are redeemed against a charge, the discount is applied as a partial refund to that specific payment. Unredeemed tokens expire 12 months after they are credited, and are forfeited if you close your account.

How to request a refund

Write to support@munibji.com with your registered phone number, the payment date and amount, and what went wrong. Please raise a refund request within 7 days of the charge so we can investigate while the transaction is still easy to trace.

We aim to review requests within 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method through Razorpay — the money typically reaches your bank or UPI account within 5-7 business days after we process it, though the exact timing is controlled by your bank, not by us.

If you disagree with our decision

If you're not satisfied with how we handled a refund request, write to us again and ask for it to be escalated — we'd rather resolve it directly than have you raise a chargeback with your bank, which is slower for both of us.
